Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to preschool and elementary students, tailoring interventions to IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations one day per week for referred preschool students, followed by three days a week focused on direct classroom therapy.
• Support an additional therapy-only caseload—no evaluations—serving preschool and elementary-age children.
• Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student growth and communication success.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Adapt services and schedule to meet building and student needs, ensuring the highest level of support is provided.

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Ohio.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Recent school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple buildings as needed and navigate varying caseload requirements.
