Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous school-based and pediatric SLP experience
  • Familiarity with elementary-aged and PreK populations
  • Ohio SLP licensure
  • Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary and itinerant PreK students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Evaluate student needs and maintain timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights on student development
