Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology certification in Alabama (SLP - CCC required)
• SLP Educator certificate for Alabama (eligibility can be verified at the Alabama Department of Education certification portal)
• Experience or a strong interest in serving a school-based population
• Commitment to onsite service—remote work is not available
• Familiarity with managing IEPs, assessments, and therapy within a school setting is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations and direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
