Speech Language Pathologist in Alameda, CA

Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist serving preschool students. This contract opportunity offers flexibility and professional growth for SLPs, including those with CCC or those completing their CFY. Work closely with preschoolers and extend your expertise in assessments for both private and nonpublic school students.

As a valued team member, you will:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for preschool, private, and nonpublic school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to preschool-aged children
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain clear documentation and comply with all program requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as required
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California state license or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or completion of CFY
• Previous experience working with preschoolers preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to support a diverse student population
