What we’re looking for:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Florida
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply (SLP-CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Familiarity with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Experience with a variety of therapy approaches; knowledge of AAC, PROMPT, and social communication strategies is a plus
- Strong skills in collaboration, organization, and communication
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to pinpoint strengths and needs
- Design and implement student-focused treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy to address language, articulation, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other allied professionals
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and participate in relevant trainings and meetings
