Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is valued (not required)
  • Proficiency with a range of treatment modalities, such as AAC, PROMPT, and social communication
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and pediatric populations
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ communication needs
  • Develop and implement tailored speech and language intervention plans
  • Provide both individual and group therapy to improve students’ articulation, language, and social communication
  • Engage collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all therapy sessions, progress reports, and goals
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, meetings, and trainings
