This year-round contract role offers the chance to provide dedicated, onsite support for students with a range of communication needs, including non-verbal presentations, speech improvements, and developmental delays. This full-time assignment (37.5 hours/week) provides flexibility with two start dates to best suit your availability—either July 27th or September 8th, continuing through the new school year. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a supportive educational team and see your impact in a preschool setting.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, particularly in early childhood
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for non-verbal or minimally verbal children
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse preschool caseload
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough records and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals
  • Provide in-person services in an engaging and supportive atmosphere
