Ideal qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged students (ages 3-5) in a school or early childhood environment
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
- Proficiency with IEP documentation and compliance standards
- Comfortable working student hours, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome; virtual supervision available
- SLPAs not accepted for this assignment
Key responsibilities in this position:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool students across individual and small group settings
- Assess, diagnose, and provide ongoing treatment for speech and language disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and parents to support student progress
- Adapt activities for diverse learning needs and provide consultative services as required
