Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Valid CCC-SLP or CFY, and active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in NY)
  • Previous experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with students from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and track progress on student goals in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, faculty, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress meetings
  • Promote an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
