School Speech Language Pathologist - Albany, Oregon

A Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Albany, OR, for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting children’s communication development in an educational environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Providing targeted therapy sessions to support speech and language goals
• Monitoring, tracking, and documenting student progress in detail
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team including educators and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care
• Engaging families by educating and involving them in the therapeutic process

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
