This contract role offers immediate openings, with flexibility for both full-time and part-time professionals. Your background includes:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Experience with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
  • Confidence in managing diverse caseloads, ranging from mild to complex needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to student success
  • Ability to work onsite every day and adapt to varying school settings within the region
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students (adjusted proportionally for part-time)
  • Assess, diagnose, and plan individualized treatment for students in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for each student’s communication needs
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams, sharing strategies for student growth and achievement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
