Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Albany, Oregon

Multiple full-time openings are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to help children from birth to age 3 reach their communication milestones. Working across Salem and South Marion County, you will join a collaborative team of early intervention specialists and service coordinators, offering comprehensive support to children and their families.

What You'll Need:

• Active or eligible Oregon SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is a plus; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants considered
• Previous work with birth-to-3 and early intervention populations is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, family-centered care, and collaborative skills
• Versatility in service delivery: in-person, teletherapy, and consultative support as needed
• Willingness to work closely with families and IFSP teams to facilitate developmental progress

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct assessment and therapy to children ages birth to 3 years
• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update IFSP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and support to families, empowering them with strategies for carryover in daily routines
• Maintain detailed documentation and meet compliance requirements for timelines and reporting
• Deliver services in a variety of settings, including clinic, home, and teletherapy environments
