Step into a rewarding contract position making a difference in the lives of infants and toddlers through early intervention services. Multiple full-time openings are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to help children from birth to age 3 reach their communication milestones. Working across Salem and South Marion County, you will join a collaborative team of early intervention specialists and service coordinators, offering comprehensive support to children and their families.
What You'll Need:
- Active or eligible Oregon SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is a plus; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants considered
- Previous work with birth-to-3 and early intervention populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, family-centered care, and collaborative skills
- Versatility in service delivery: in-person, teletherapy, and consultative support as needed
- Willingness to work closely with families and IFSP teams to facilitate developmental progress
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy to children ages birth to 3 years
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update IFSP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and support to families, empowering them with strategies for carryover in daily routines
- Maintain detailed documentation and meet compliance requirements for timelines and reporting
- Deliver services in a variety of settings, including clinic, home, and teletherapy environments
