Multiple full-time, contract openings are available, offering you the chance to provide early intervention and preschool services to children from birth through age 3. In this impactful role, you will conduct developmental evaluations, deliver individualized therapy sessions, and collaborate closely with families and IFSP teams to support positive outcomes during the most formative years.

Key Qualifications:

  • Oregon state license for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also welcome to apply
  • Experience with early intervention, birth-to-3, or pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Demonstrated expertise in teletherapy and/or healthcare and school settings
  • Strong family-centered approach and a commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments and develop individualized plans for infants and toddlers in early intervention programs
  • Integrate evidence-based practices and therapies within both in-person and teletherapy settings
  • Support and empower families, guiding them in strategies to encourage their child’s communication development
  • Collaborate actively with service coordinators, teachers, and related services staff
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and participate in IFSP team meetings
