Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state and CCC-SLP certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teaching staff and parents
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and carry out individualized intervention programs
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and collaborating on student goals
  • Engage with families and caregivers to ensure carryover of strategies at home
  • Work closely with educators to support student success in classroom settings
