As a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist, you will collaborate with educators and families to foster students’ communication skills from elementary through high school, including opportunities for impactful one-on-one work.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and relevant certification
  • Experience working in school settings with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
  • Expertise in assessments, goal writing, and delivering therapy both in groups and 1:1
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills when working with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to adapt strategies to student needs across a diverse school population
  • Commitment to ethical professional practice and ongoing development

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
  • Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work one-on-one with students requiring targeted intervention
  • Track progress and maintain all required documentation
  • Educate and support classroom staff on communication strategies
  • Engage caregivers in the therapy process through regular updates
