This contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist committed to supporting both individual students and classroom success across a range of grade levels, from elementary through high school.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• State licensure to practice as an SLP.
• Experience working in school-based settings, supporting elementary, middle, and high school populations.
• Ability to implement both 1:1 and group therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and create individualized education program (IEP) goals.
• Provide targeted therapy sessions on a 1:1 basis as well as in group settings depending on student needs.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress, communicating outcomes to appropriate school personnel and families.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to optimize learning outcomes for students.
• Support students across multiple age groups and grade levels, creating flexible interventions that meet developmental needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure compliance and advocacy for best student outcomes.
