Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist certification and license
  • Prior experience in educational settings, particularly with students at the elementary, middle, or high school level
  • Strong understanding of 1:1 therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach with teachers, administrators, and caregivers
  • Passion for helping students reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse student population, including individualized and small group sessions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop clear, measurable goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Create and implement IEPs in coordination with a multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed for maximal impact
  • Provide guidance and resources for educators and families to support students’ ongoing success
  • Attend meetings and contribute to planning for student support services
