Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Albertville, MN

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
• ASHA CCC required for SLP-CCC positions; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with appropriate supervision
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
• Familiarity with delivering teletherapy services is desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and modify therapy plans based on student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students, both in-person and virtually as needed
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication, articulation, language, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation of progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
• Provide guidance and support for IEP meetings, goal setting, and student evaluations
• Empower students to overcome barriers to learning through creative and adaptive interventions
