Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan SLP license (Active status required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable working onsite, as remote positions are not being considered
• If presenting as a Clinical Fellow (CF), must have a supervisor arranged
• Dedication to supporting early childhood development and working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, primarily in early childhood, with opportunities to support other grade levels
• Conduct assessments and evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
• Monitor and report students’ progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all relevant school district guidelines
