Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Albuquerque, NM

Step into a rewarding school-based role working with students from PreK through 12th grade in a vibrant New Mexico community. This contract opportunity is designed for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a lasting impression during the 2026–2027 school year. With a start date of August 3, 2026, and continuing through May 28, 2027, you’ll lead positive change by supporting communication, language development, and academic growth—all while working a consistent 40-hour week.

What you bring:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible SLP license in New Mexico
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in serving a broad student age range, from preschool to high school
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities
• Skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and designing individualized treatment plans

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK–12 students
• Develop and implement effective IEPs based on individual student needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in parent conferences and IEP meetings
