What You Bring:

  • Eligibility for or possession of both NM RLD and NMPED licenses (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40–50 students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Open to both experienced, licensed SLPs and recent graduates ready for Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues
  • Commitment to best practices and ethical standards in assessment and intervention

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering therapy sessions and overseeing evaluations for students at the elementary and secondary levels
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
  • Collaborating with teachers, special education teams, and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Providing guidance, support, and advocacy for students with speech-language needs
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field
