Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Skilled in working with students from grades K-12
  • Comfortable delivering both group and individualized (1:1) therapy
  • Strong communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and support teams
  • Ability to adapt techniques for a wide variety of developmental and speech-language needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting communication, language, speech, and voice disorders
  • Provide targeted intervention both in small groups and individualized (1:1) settings
  • Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource for faculty and families regarding speech and language development
  • Promote an inclusive, encouraging learning atmosphere for every student
