Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Skilled in working with students from grades K-12
- Comfortable delivering both group and individualized (1:1) therapy
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and support teams
- Ability to adapt techniques for a wide variety of developmental and speech-language needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting communication, language, speech, and voice disorders
- Provide targeted intervention both in small groups and individualized (1:1) settings
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for faculty and families regarding speech and language development
- Promote an inclusive, encouraging learning atmosphere for every student
