Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education guidelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services in compliance with all regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student plans
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based approaches
  • Offer consultation and training for teachers to support students’ speech and language success in the classroom
