Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure as required for speech-language pathology practice
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting
  • Strong organization, flexibility, and communication skills
  • A passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique needs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with district and legal requirements
  • Provide consultation to teachers and parents regarding strategies to support communication
  • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
