School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Alexander, Arkansas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an educational team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
• Consult and offer strategies for classroom teachers to support student learning
