Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement targeted treatment plans in line with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic student support
  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Conduct consultations with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
