Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school settings working with children and adolescents is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across designated grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups, targeting a range of communication disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Educate and empower caregivers and staff with strategies to reinforce skill development
- Monitor and track progress, adjusting interventions as needed to meet evolving goals
