Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school settings working with children and adolescents is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across designated grade levels
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups, targeting a range of communication disorders
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success
  • Maintain timely documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Educate and empower caregivers and staff with strategies to reinforce skill development
  • Monitor and track progress, adjusting interventions as needed to meet evolving goals
