Contract Details:
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Assignment Duration: September 2, 2026 – June 10, 2027
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Michigan (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based experience preferred, but open to qualified applicants with strong clinical backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document students' progress
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain all required records and documentation
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
