Qualifications:

  • Must have credentials as an SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or equivalent school-based SLP experience.
  • Open to both seasoned clinicians and those ready to enter their Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to collaborate with staff and students.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality therapy and manage a caseload in a school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve school-aged students in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Caseload matched to your skills and interests.
  • Participate in thorough orientation and a Buddy Program designed for new hires.
  • Take part in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement.
  • Contribute to annual performance reviews and regular one-on-one check-ins with supervisors.
  • Engage in professional development and access equipment/testing materials as needed.
