Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with K-12 student populations
• Understanding of IEP planning, implementation, and compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with education professionals, families, and support staff
• Commitment to a full school year assignment
• Organizational skills to manage varying caseloads efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy and interventions to students individually and in small groups
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide input for IEP creation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and onsite TA support to implement best practices and support student success
• Document evaluations, progress, and intervention outcomes in alignment with school and district protocols
• Engage with families to provide resources and strategies for continued development at home
