Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and quickly build rapport with students and staff
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
- Delivering direct intervention services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student support teams
