Pediatric School-Based SLP | Allendale, Michigan

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about working with students in a school-based setting! Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and quickly build rapport with students and staff

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
• Delivering direct intervention services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student support teams
