Take your speech-language pathology expertise into a rewarding school-based position near Allendale, MI for the 2026-2027 academic year! In this contract opportunity, you’ll work collaboratively with educators and families, making a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success. This role provides 37.5 hours each week, following the school calendar from August 18, 2026, through June 11, 2027.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred (all experience levels encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and deliver individualized education program (IEP) goals and objectives
  • Provide direct and consultative services in individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school/district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
