This contract position is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about pediatric care and is skilled in both traditional and virtual (VOCO) service delivery models. Serve one student in a supportive educational setting, helping them enhance their communication skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or strong interest in working with AAC devices
  • Background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings
  • Professionalism, reliability, and collaboration with school teams and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct SLP services to a single student focusing on effective AAC device usage
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educational staff, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure student progress
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust therapy based on student needs
  • Maintain thorough records of interventions, progress, and outcomes
  • Sessions scheduled Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.
  • Utilize either on-site or VOCO (virtual/teletherapy) platform as appropriate
