Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license and SLP-CCC certification
  • Proven experience providing speech and language services in an educational setting
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Adaptability to manage a diverse caseload of students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions to students, both individually and in groups, as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for each student’s success
  • Offer guidance to classroom staff on strategies that enhance communication in the classroom
