Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Proven experience working in school-based and/or pediatric settings
  • Previous supervisory or mentorship experience preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with VOCO/teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and documentation procedures
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support SLP service delivery provided by team members, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Provide direct assessment and intervention for K-12 students as needed
  • Review therapy documentation, offer constructive feedback, and ensure accurate reporting for compliance
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective IEP goals and positive student outcomes
  • Serve as a resource for problem-solving clinical questions and guiding less-experienced SLPs
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
  • Offer flexible support through both in-person and remote (VOCO) service models
