Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proven experience working in school-based and/or pediatric settings

- Familiarity with VOCO/teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support SLP service delivery provided by team members, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Provide direct assessment and intervention for K-12 students as needed
- Review therapy documentation, offer constructive feedback, and ensure accurate reporting for compliance
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective IEP goals and positive student outcomes
- Serve as a resource for problem-solving clinical questions and guiding less-experienced SLPs
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Offer flexible support through both in-person and remote (VOCO) service models
