With multiple positions available, you'll have the chance to positively impact the lives of students in the region. This contract role offers the chance to use your experience and skills in pediatric speech therapy to help students thrive.

Preferred experience includes providing services for preschool and elementary-aged children, ideally in a school-based setting. Candidates in both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are encouraged to apply. Openings are available throughout Stroudsburg and Monroe Counties, offering a variety of caseloads and locations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
  • SLP-CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Previous experience or clinical rotations in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse early intervention population
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
  • Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and parent communications
  • Conduct assessments and interpret the results to determine students’ needs
  • Consult with teachers and families to support each child’s communication development
