Bring your passion for early childhood development and communication support to a dynamic position serving communities in Carbon and Lehigh Counties near Allentown, PA. This contract opportunity offers speech-language pathology clinical fellows (SLP-CF) the chance to make a tangible impact by providing itinerant services to young children in preschool early intervention. What You’ll Contribute:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to preschool students across multiple sites within Carbon or Lehigh County.
  • Adapt to evolving assignments, with the possibility of serving PreK through 12th grade age groups depending on school year needs.
  • Travel to various educational settings on-site to provide high-quality, individualized intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, IEP reporting, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive, student-centered programming.
  • Uphold all compliance requirements set by state and local guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current, active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP license required (please submit proof upon application).
  • CFY eligible; ideal for recent graduates seeking guided experience in a supportive school-based environment.
  • Previous experience (including clinical placements) with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued.
  • Flexible attitude and strong interpersonal skills; ready to adjust to changing caseloads or age ranges.
  • Comfortable working only in-person and commuting within Carbon or Lehigh County.
