Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-aged children across K–12 levels
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students’ academic and social needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies into daily classroom instruction
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and contributing to student goal setting
- Communicate progress with families, updating plans based on student growth and needs
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
