Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility

• Understanding of IEP processes and engagement with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs
• Document progress; maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting and reporting
• Provide support and consultation to school staff as needed
