Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; supervised CFY candidates welcomed
• Experience with pediatric populations or K-12 student services
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and IEP processes
• Strong communicative, organizational, and rapport-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans in compliance with educational standards
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, supporting students’ academic achievement
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining timely records and student progress reports
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support communication development in various settings
