This contract role offers opportunities to work with elementary, middle, and high school-aged learners, providing both diversity and depth to your experience as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of SLPs and SLPAs, enjoying strong professional support at every campus. With flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules and no Medicaid billing responsibilities, you’re free to focus on what matters most—making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

What we’re seeking:

  • Active SLP license in Georgia
  • Clinical experience in pediatric or school-based settings; consideration given to both CCC and CFY candidates
  • Comfort working with a wide age range (elementary through high school)
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to develop creative, individualized therapy plans
  • Passion for supporting student communication, academic, and social growth

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students
  • Create and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on speech and language goals
  • Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive and holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
  • Adapt communication strategies across various developmental and educational levels
