What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare environments preferred
  • Comfortable conducting therapy in-person or via teletherapy platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload that may span elementary, middle, and high school students

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services onsite or virtually, as assigned
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
  • Document sessions and student outcomes according to district and legal requirements
  • Participate in multifaceted school teams to promote inclusive learning environments
