Desired Skills and Experience:
- Current or eligible state licensure as SLP or SLPA
- ASHA CCC or CFY welcome
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings strongly desired
- Strong evaluation and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, primarily at the elementary level
- Support students with diverse communication needs, adapting interventions across age groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports
