School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Altamont, Tennessee

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Previous experience in school-based or healthcare speech therapy roles preferred
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educational teams
• Passion for working with children at varying developmental stages
• Ability to travel between assigned buildings as needed

Your Role Will Involve:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to support student success
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports

Compensation for this position ranges from $45-$57 per hour and will be determined based on your experience within school settings.
