Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Altamont, Tennessee

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current or eligible state licensure as SLP or SLPA
• ASHA CCC or CFY welcome
• Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings strongly desired
• Strong evaluation and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, primarily at the elementary level
• Support students with diverse communication needs, adapting interventions across age groups
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports
