Desired Qualifications:
- Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required documentation
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in the development of goals and accommodations
- Provide recommendations and resources to support generalization of skills in various school settings
