What You Bring:
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts SLP license (please include a screenshot with your application)
- Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Bilingual skills required to meet varied student needs
- Ability to pass all background, CORI, fingerprinting, and drug screening requirements
- Commitment to punctuality, professional communication, and timely case management
- Reliable transportation to ensure dependable onsite attendance
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual speech-language therapy to students, developing tailored intervention plans
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all state and district guidelines
- Integrate cultural and linguistic competence in all aspects of student care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as a valued resource
- Communicate proactively with school administrators, staff, and recruiters
