What You Bring:

  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts SLP license (please include a screenshot with your application)
  • Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills required to meet varied student needs
  • Ability to pass all background, CORI, fingerprinting, and drug screening requirements
  • Commitment to punctuality, professional communication, and timely case management
  • Reliable transportation to ensure dependable onsite attendance

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual speech-language therapy to students, developing tailored intervention plans
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language concerns
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all state and district guidelines
  • Integrate cultural and linguistic competence in all aspects of student care
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as a valued resource
  • Communicate proactively with school administrators, staff, and recruiters
