Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Hold or eligible for a state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Pediatric, clinical, or school-based SLP experience highly desirable
  • Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative, student-centered approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for a diverse caseload of students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation aligned with district and professional standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and family members to support student progress
  • Provide ongoing progress monitoring, adjusting interventions as needed
