Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or eligible for a state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Pediatric, clinical, or school-based SLP experience highly desirable
- Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative, student-centered approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for a diverse caseload of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation aligned with district and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and family members to support student progress
- Provide ongoing progress monitoring, adjusting interventions as needed
