Ideal candidates will bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and current CCC-SLP (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
- Strong knowledge of pediatric communication disorders
- Experience delivering services in school or healthcare settings
- Background in IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach for working alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities include:
- Providing evaluation, diagnosis, and targeted therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Managing a diverse caseload across grades K-12
- Developing and tracking IEP goals and progress
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with teachers and families
- Maintaining thorough records and adhering to compliance guidelines
- Supporting students’ success in both classroom and social environments
- Engaging in ongoing professional development
