Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and current CCC-SLP (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric communication disorders
  • Experience delivering services in school or healthcare settings
  • Background in IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach for working alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing evaluation, diagnosis, and targeted therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Managing a diverse caseload across grades K-12
  • Developing and tracking IEP goals and progress
  • Participating in team meetings and collaborating with teachers and families
  • Maintaining thorough records and adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Supporting students’ success in both classroom and social environments
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development
