Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will be instrumental in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and learning outcomes. Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8 hours daily), knowing your specialized skills are making a real difference throughout the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with preschool and/or elementary-aged students, is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to deliver assessments, therapy, and IEP support in-person
- Dedication to fostering student growth through evidence-based practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals aligned with students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for speech-language information and strategies in the school community
