This full-time, on-site contract role allows you to make a lasting impact on preschool and elementary students by delivering essential speech and language services in a supportive educational environment.

Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will be instrumental in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and learning outcomes. Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8 hours daily), knowing your specialized skills are making a real difference throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with preschool and/or elementary-aged students, is highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to deliver assessments, therapy, and IEP support in-person
  • Dedication to fostering student growth through evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals aligned with students' needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource for speech-language information and strategies in the school community
