School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Anaheim, California

Multiple positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, where you’ll play an integral role in fostering strong communication skills in students. Collaborate with educators and families in an inclusive environment while working a consistent schedule of 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 35 hours each week.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in schools or with a pediatric population preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, delivering both direct and consultative services
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs, documenting progress and goal achievement
• Collaborate closely with teachers, IEP teams, and families for holistic student support
• Deliver engaging interventions, adjusting plans as needed to fit a diverse range of learning needs
• Maintain accurate records, adhering to school and regulatory protocols
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
