What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for California
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Comfortable with IEP documentation and progress monitoring
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and assessments for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and review IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes and integration
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required by school and state guidelines
  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
