What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for California
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Comfortable with IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and assessments for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes and integration
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required by school and state guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
