Step into a dynamic school-based Speech-Language Pathology opportunity in the LA area, serving multiple campuses during the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position is perfect for skilled CCC or eligible CF SLPs (with supervision), and offers the chance to support K-12 students across an itinerant schedule (typically 1-4 campuses, average of 2). Enjoy engaging with diverse caseloads of 55-60 students, fully focused on assessment and direct therapy—you won’t be handling case management duties.

Requirements:

  • Active California SLP license and SLP teaching credential
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCCs, or Clinical Fellows welcome (with supervision arranged)
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel between assigned campuses
  • Strong organizational skills to manage itinerant responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments, prepare reports, and recommend interventions
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students K-12
  • Collaborate closely with campus case managers, special education teams, teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide input for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Utilize and budget assessment materials (reimbursement provided)

Enjoy the structured schedule of 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a full 40-hour workweek on site.
