Serving an itinerant caseload (typically between 1–4 schools, with an average of 2), you'll work with approximately 55–60 students ranging in age. With a supportive infrastructure—dedicated case managers handle case management at each campus—you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy and assessments.

Desired qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP License
  • Valid CA teaching credential (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome if supervision arrangements are in place
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required for CFs

  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to assigned students
  • Conduct formal assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with case managers, educators, and parents to support student needs
  • Travel between campus locations in the LA area as assigned
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings without acting as primary case manager
  • Maintain organized and timely records for all interventions

Additional perks include reimbursement for assessment materials (budget up to $2,500). Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, aligning with school schedules for optimal work-life balance.
