Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings, particularly with preschool-aged children
  • Familiarity with a range of speech and language assessments for early learners
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for preschool students in alignment with school protocols and timelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to interpret assessment results and provide recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare evaluation reports within required deadlines
  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed to share findings and support planning for students
  • Create a positive, supportive environment for young learners and their families during all interactions
