Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience with mild to moderate student caseloads, preferably in an elementary school setting
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and implementing therapy tailored to students’ individual needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with other professionals, students, and families
  • Organized, self-motivated, and flexible in a dynamic school environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with IEPs
  • Collaborate with other SLPs and educational staff to deliver an integrated support approach
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Attend team meetings and contribute your expertise to multi-disciplinary discussions
