We’re seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to cover a leave through December, with interviews beginning immediately. What you’ll bring:
- Active SLP license in California; CCC recommended, but CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working in schools or pediatric populations preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy and in-person therapy models
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and delivery of speech services in accordance with educational guidelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Organizational ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and schedules efficiently
Your role will include:
- Providing direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students from diverse backgrounds, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Completing assessments to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintaining accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with school district policies
- Offering guidance and support for classroom strategies that promote language and communication development
