What you’ll bring:

  • Active SLP license in California; CCC recommended, but CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in schools or pediatric populations preferred
  • Proficiency in teletherapy and in-person therapy models
  • Strong understanding of IEP documentation and delivery of speech services in accordance with educational guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
  • Organizational ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and schedules efficiently

Your role will include:

  • Providing direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students from diverse backgrounds, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Completing assessments to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintaining accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with school district policies
  • Offering guidance and support for classroom strategies that promote language and communication development
