Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting TK-8th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near Anaheim, CA. This full-time role spans from September through mid-February, providing you with a supportive environment to make a lasting impact on students’ communication skills and overall educational experience.

Your expertise in conducting thorough bilingual English/Spanish evaluations, developing targeted intervention plans, and delivering speech services will be highly valued. The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, supporting a diverse student population and collaborating with fellow educators and families.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or credential to practice as a school-based SLP
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Prior experience with bilingual evaluations for TK-8th grade students
  • Demonstrated skill in report writing, creating and maintaining service schedules, and delivering speech and language interventions
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students, including bilingual assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for diverse learners
  • Write clear, detailed evaluation reports and maintain documentation
  • Schedule, deliver, and track therapy sessions and progress for assigned caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and school events as needed
