Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and carry out personalized therapeutic interventions for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
• Document progress, update records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver both individual and small-group therapy sessions
• Educate teachers and staff on communication strategies for diverse learners
